We had a great time during our Easter stay. The hosts were super helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist us. The new facilities were modern and well designed, offering a comfortable and stylish experience. Additionally, the breakfast provided exceeded our expectations, and the location was conveniently close to key attractions in the area.

On the downside, we found the price slightly on the high side, which may be a consideration for budget travelers. Furthermore, the limited local food options at night required some planning ahead.

I really liked this place; it's a chic hotel with helpful staff and a tranquil location within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go.

The staff were super friendly and made us feel at home. We had a blast playing ping pong and jamming on the music instruments in the lounging area. The private onsen was so chill, like our own secret party spot. Plus, the location was perfect for hitting up the nearby clubs and bars. We partied hard and had a rad time!

Wish there were more late-night party options for us young and wild teens. The hostel had a great atmosphere, but it would've been even better if there were some organized events or activities specifically geared towards young party-goers.

All good — we thoroughly enjoyed this hip new hotel — the food was appetising and the staff were friendly and superfriendly. The location was comfy and ideal, close to the bus station, the property overlooked mountain. It was a relaxing experience...

The location here is great, right next to the garden, onsen, and a playfully equipped building that used to be a church, plus the breakfast was fantastic and the staff was very polite.

Our stay at Mori No Yado was truly enjoyable. The value for money was excellent, with a spacious and comfortable room. The location was peaceful and the staff treated us wonderfully, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

One thing that could have made the morning meal even better was if there were more local food options available.

Title: Amazing Time with Friends - Party-goers Paradise!

The only bummer was that we wished the hotel had organized some fun events or parties for young people like us. It would have been awesome to have a vibrant social scene right at the hotel, with DJ nights or cool live performances.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, nestled in the serene beauty of nature, right by the lake. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spotlessly clean room and a private onsen available for guests to use free of charge. The breakfast each morning was a delightful surprise, with different delicious options every day. The staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces. They even went above and beyond, offering laundry services and organizing a BBQ for all the guests. This was definitely the best stay of my trip, and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place.

    Nothing, it is perfect!

For dads, it would be great if the property had a small playground or play area for the children.

Conveniently located near a bus station, this quiet and relaxing retreat offers a magical experience. The owner is hospitable, staying late to accommodate our late check-in. The breakfast is delicious and personalized, with a different menu every day. The onsen is a highlight, providing a tranquil space to unwind. A delightful stay overall.

I had an exceptional stay at Mori No Yado. The accommodation was beautiful and tastefully decorated. The private Onsen was a highlight, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The breakfast, although more western than Japanese, was delicious and satisfying. The couple who runs the place were incredibly hospitable and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The location in Hakone offered plenty of activities including museums, hikes, and local restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic and enjoyable experience.

I loved the personal touch and hospitality of the owner. The breakfast was tasty and different each day. The onsen room was a great addition. The owner's small dog added to the fun. Highly recommend for a nature getaway.

Felt like our own home, no complaints.
